Cancellation
If booking is canceled 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, no charge will be perceived.
If booking is canceled later or the customer does not arrive, the price of the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds
All children under 12 years old can be accommodated for free in their parents’ room.
All grown children and adults will pay the difference required for extra bedding.
The maximum space for extra beds in one room is 1.
Extra beds and children’s beds are offered upon request, according to availability.

Pets are not accepted.
